This year’s highly anticipated DocAviv (Documentary Film Festival) has been titled New World Disorder, as the festival aims to explore our rapidly evolving world through the lens of the most pressing social, political, and economic issues of the day.
Over the course of the festival, 110 films will be screened, all relating to the recent collapse of social and physical boundaries, growing economic disparities, the ongoing refugee and migrant crisis, international terrorism, and the decay of social solidarity.
In addition to the film screenings, the festival will host various special events including talks with directors such as Ondi Timoner, Alma Har’el, and Nikolaus Geyrhalter.
The event will run from: May 19-28
