Shatil Oded Art Gallery

by Roseanne Tabachnik | 08.11.16

The newly-opened Shatil Oded Gallery in Tel Aviv is an independent contemporary art venue that is devoted to showcasing work and exhibitions coming in a variety of mediums. Ranging from sculpture, paintings, photography and even audio; the innovative space is committed to displaying the works of prominent figures in the local Israeli arts scene, many of who have already received international recognition.

Owned by art collector Oded Shatil, who formerly operated the Julie M. Gallery in Tel Aviv, the new venue brings a taste of contemporary art to the city. Unlike traditional art spaces, Shatil’s gallery is based out of his home, offering visitors an intimate and unique experience. Currently, Israeli artist Avi Sabah’s solo show, entitled Oref, is now on view until December 17th, 2016.
