Role Purpose
Drive the company’s growth through brand management, marketing, sales, and hands-on leadership of the store’s front-of-house operations. This role is responsible for business results and for creating a strong connection between strategy, customers, and daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the growth strategy: Initiate and execute actions that deliver measurable revenue growth both online and in-store.
Refine and implement brand language: Ensure a consistent experience across the store, marketing materials, and all communication channels.
Manage store front-of-house operations: Oversee the store team, deliver exceptional customer experiences, drive sales targets, and increase average cart size.
Marketing and digital presence: Manage campaigns, collaborations, influencers, content creation, newsletters, and digital assets.
Vendor and partner management: Coordinate with creative, marketing, design, and production suppliers.
Sales and customer relationship management: Develop and run structured sales processes, manage leads, and strengthen client loyalty.
Performance tracking and reporting: Monitor results (online and in-store), generate insights, and create reports with clear KPIs.

Requirements

Proven experience in one or more of the following: store management, sales, marketing, or brand management.

Prior management experience (teams, shifts, processes, or freelancers) is required.

Affinity with customer experience, lifestyle brands, community-focused businesses, or women-led ventures.

Entrepreneurial, hands-on, “make it happen” approach.

High emotional intelligence and the ability to connect with the brand and its audience.
