    This off the grid bakery, run by friends Dafi and Tamara, offers a unique and truly special selection of breads available for pre-order and Thursday pickup. Dafi and Tamara have a distinct approach, sourcing diverse flours locally and internationally for their sourdough creations, crafted using a long fermentation process and hand shaping technique. They also have many fruit trees on-site, which they use to prepare all kinds of homemade goods including jams, marmalades and fermented sauerkraut. During the right season, guests may have the chance to purchase wine from the bakery’s own biodynamic vineyard as well. To access this content, you must purchase Yearly membership.
