The day begins with a Bloody Brunch of fresh tabun-baked breads, seasonal salads, and flowing wine on the terrace. After a short orchard tour, you will join Erez in his kitchen for a hands-on workshop inspired by the freshest local ingredients. The experience ends under the vine arbor with coffee, tea, and something sweet – a true celebration of food, wine, and creativity.
