Distillery

Pelter Winery is a boutique winery located in Kibbutz Ein Zivan in the northern Golan. They produce a range of wines, including Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Sauvignon Blanc, and are one of only four wineries in Israel that make sparkling wine. Open daily to visitors, Pelter offers an immersive wine experience that connects tasting with the production process, or you can simply purchase a glass or bottle and relax on-site.
