Goat cheese

Kornmehl Farm, a family-run goat cheese farm, was established in 1997 by Anat and Daniel Kornmehl. The young agronomist couple chose to settle in the Negev Desert where they established a farm that combines goat breeding, a dairy, and a small restaurant. The goats are raised with care, milked daily, and their milk is used in the on-site dairy to produce artisanal cheeses.
