Holot Halutza

Artist Erez Rota chose to establish Rota Farm in 2004 – in Holot Halutza, on the banks of the Revivim Stream, next to the remains of an ancient agricultural farm from Nabataean. He has planted a vineyard with Merlot, Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Muscat Alexandroni varieties. You can see and taste the story of the winery, the view of the individual vineyard, an explanation of the process of growing local vines and wine production, and the flavors of the wine up close, all year round.
