Rutenberg is a restaurant with a rich history. Previously, it was a checkpoint station for the Hijazi train that ran from Haifa to Syria in the early 20th century. Now, it is a seasonal and local chef restaurant with an ever-changing menu by Yizhar Sahar. Their dishes are composed of seasonal produce that is grown in their own garden and other local farms. The meal is coupled with an extensive wine list and beautiful views of the green valley springs.
