Flora Flourishing Cheese is a boutique dairy on Kibbutz Lotem in the Lower Galilee, specialising in artisanal cheeses made from sheep and goat milk. Founded by Michal Bishti, a former gastronomy expert at Strauss, and renowned cheesemaker Azi Mitrani, the dairy also features a charming guest space next to the production hall where visitors can sit and enjoy the cheeses on-site.
