Moshytz Coffee, a boutique roastery in Kibbutz Mehanayim, was founded in 2017 by Daniel and Noa Moshytz. Inspired by Australia’s coffee culture, Daniel returned to Israel to perfect his roasting craft. Today, they craft small-batch, hand-roasted coffees from home, host intimate tasting workshops, and bring their expertise to private events with a mobile coffee cart.
