Mount Gilboa

The Gilboa Herb Farm was established by Yossi and Pnina Mess when they arrived at Mount Gilboa in 1982. They began by growing fresh crops and herbs for export, and later, set out to expand their business. Yossi built the wooden restaurant while Pnina traveled, studying with chefs in the US, France, and Italy. Today, the historic restaurant still stands, serving delicious food and hosting people in a romantic atmosphere.
