Asif – The Center for Food Culture in Israel is where food becomes a conversation about culture, identity, and place. Founded by the Jewish Food Society and Start-Up Nation Central, it is part library, part gallery, part experimental kitchen, part restaurant – all dedicated to documenting and celebrating the many cuisines that shape Israeli food today.
