Restored building

Yinon Nishry and May Maor, both left corporate careers to pursue their shared passion for baking. In late 2022, they transformed a restored 1923 building in Bat Galim, Haifa into Sunflour Bakery, which is all about embracing the community. Ingredients like olive oil and coffee are locally sourced and the bakery’s courtyard hosts special events for the neighborhood.
