Upper Galilee

Ayelet Honey in the Upper Galilee is a family-run apiary. The honey is harvested from remote areas across the Galilee and Golan. Hundreds of beehives thrive year-round between Lake Kinneret and Mount Hermon, thanks to the region’s rich natural landscape.
